7/13 - Ben Chapman is the Slush Puppy Champion at Camp Durant for two consecutive years!

3/3 - Earlier today Andy Gilbert passed away suddenly. Andy was a former Scoutmaster and Committee Chairman of Troop 399, and had two sons in the troop. He has been very active in Falls District as District Commissioner in recent years. He was a Scouter through and through. A memorial service will be held for Mr. Gilbert on Monday March 8 at 4 PM at Soapstone UMC main church7

3/2 - We had an awesome patrol competitions campout this weekend.

2/1 - The flyer for the upcoming Merit Badge College is now available, it will be held Saturday April 10th.

1/30 - Additional new documents added: BSA399 Shirt Order Form, 2010 Council Jamboree Trip and a 100 Years of Scouting Coin.

12/03 - Tonight Laura Swain was honored as a Falls District Leader of Distinction for her self-less service and commitment to Falls District, her Troop and all scouts. Frank Kostello received the 2009 Scout Leader of the Year award for his exceptional service to Troop 399.

11/03 - Please review Troop 399's approach to the changes to Rank Advancement for 2010.

9/29 - Jason Rohn & Daniel Hayward earned their Eagle last night, outstanding work gentleman!

9/04 - An article on the Merit Badge of the Month in the Falls district newsletter, page 5, featured Matt Jenkins. Congratulations to Matt for promoting scouting.

9/01 - We're preparing to kick off our annual fund raising drive, the letter to parents is available online.

8/31 -Tonight we had our fall Court of Honor where many of our scouts advanced and three earned the rank of Eagle: Jeremy Rohn, Vann Fussell & Harrison Miller. Here is a video of their time with our troup.

8/31 - Website update: we're still working on fixing the web calendar we use to accept the new format, this should be completed later in the week as time permits.

8/15 - The senior scouts partook in a wilderness survival camp out while the newer scouts completed many of the Tenderfoot skills.

8/7 - Jacob Jerret and Chris Schweitzer returned from National Youth Leadership Training at Camp Durant.

7/18 - We completed our week at summer camp today at Durant, a DVD provided to all parents, and several videos were the result of this week at camp.

6/21 - This weekend we had an awesome watersports campout at Camp Campbell, of course there's a video.

6/3 - Congratulations to Harrison Smith for completing and earning Eagle earlier today.

5/24 - Today we completed our Kayaking the Inter-Coastal trip, 11.5 miles of paddling. A video with roughly 100 pictures has been posted to the right and all the pictures are in the album.

5/20 - Congratulations to Vann Fussell and Jeremy Rohn for completing and earning Eagle earlier today.

4/18 - The Order of the Arrow induction ceremony was this past weekend, here are some photos.

4/19 - This past weekend we utilized the facilities at BSA Camp Durant and praticed rock climbing and kayaking. A video of all the available photos in our album is on the right of this page.

1/25 - We completed our Shotgun Shooting merit badge camp out this weekend. The boys did a great job and had a fantastic time, the photos are in this album and here is the video.

12/12 - Our newest Eagle Scout, Daniel Hines, passed his Board of Review last night. Congratulations Daniel.

12/12 - We went to Vertical Edge tonight from 11PM to 6AM Saturday morning for our all night climbing experience, here is the photo album.
